Turkey Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
Olive Oil
Carrots
Zucchini
Onion
2 cloves Garlic
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Salt
Pepper to taste
Ground turkey
28 oz Tomato Sauce
15 oz Cannellini Beans or Garbanzo Beans
1 cup low sodium Chicken Broth
Preparation
Ground turkey in a separate pan.
Sauté carrots, onions, zucchini in olive oil and garlic until softened.
Season sauteed vegetables with Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
Add tomato sauce, drained beans and ground turkey to the vegetables.
Let simmer.
