Turkey Vegetable Soup

Ready in 20 minutes | Serves 6 people  

Ingredients

  • Olive Oil 

  • Carrots

  • Zucchini

  • Onion

  • 2 cloves Garlic

  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning

  • 1 tsp Salt 

  • Pepper to taste

  • Ground turkey

  • 28 oz Tomato Sauce

  • 15 oz Cannellini Beans or Garbanzo Beans

  • 1 cup low sodium Chicken Broth

Preparation

  1. Ground turkey in a separate pan.

  2. Sauté carrots, onions, zucchini in olive oil and garlic until softened. 

  3. Season sauteed vegetables with Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.

  4. Add tomato sauce, drained beans and ground turkey to the vegetables. 

  5. Let simmer.
