Is what I am putting in my body feeding my health or is it possibly feeding disease? Are the food sources I am choosing giving me energy or depleting me? Do I have clarity when I think or do I feel sluggish and tired throughout the day? Do my joints ache and do I feel inflamed?

The foods and the drinks you choose do have a direct affect on how your feel and how your body performs. Identifying the ones that may be causing low energy and increased inflammation is just as important as finding those that will energize you and feed your health. This is not a restrictive approach but rather an awakening of how the right choices can positively impact and help promote a healthy lifestyle.
