Overnight Oats

Ready in 5 minutes | Serves 1 person

Ingredients

  • Base

    • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats

    • 1/2 cup Milk of choice (I use Almond Milk)

    • 1/4 cup of Non-fat Greek Yogurt

    • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds

    • 1 tablespoon of Honey

    • 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a large glass container like a mason jar and mix until well combined.

  2. Cover the glass container with a lid or plastic wrap.

  3. Place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.

  4. Add toppings either the night before or immediately before serving.  

Toppings

Peanut Butter & Jelly - 1 tablespoon strawberry jelly, 1 tablespoon peanut butter, 1/4 cup cut strawberries 2 tablespoons of crushed peanuts.

Apple Pie- 1/4 cup diced apples, 1 tablespoon of chopped pecans, 2 teaspoons of maple syrup, 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon.

Maple Brown Sugar- 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 2 teaspoons maple syrup, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, pinch of salt.

Simple Berry Medley- 1/4 cup strawberries, blueberries and raspberries.
