Individual & Small Group Wellness Consultation
These are cash-based services focused on how to implement lifestyle changes and healthy habits such as healthy eating, appropriate exercises to increase physical activity, hydrating, getting adequate sleep, and managing stress to improve your overall health and wellness.
INDIVIDUAL
If you are looking for 1 on 1 consultation in the comforts of your home or through virtual sessions, this is for you! Baseline assessment, goal setting, strategies for success, and individualized consultation are provided to help you achieve your goals. Learn how to apply simple changes in your daily life habits to create compounding effects to your overall health and wellness. Individual sessions are recommended at 1 hour a week for a total of 6-8 visits to develop healthy habits and create lifestyle change.

Individuals wanting to improve their lifestyle and health habits. Fitness Enthusiasts, Health Care Providers, Women, Men, Active Older Adults, Youth Athletes, Anyone Motivated to Just Get Started!
GROUP
Oftentimes a small group and the support of others increases your chance for success in changing habits. Small Groups (4 people or less) interested in getting healthy together are welcome! This is a great way for you and your friends, family members or co-workers to learn how to get healthy together and hold one another accountable. Group sessions are customized to meet the needs and goals of the group. These sessions are recommended at 1 hour a week for a total of 6-8 sessions to develop healthy habits and create lifestyle change.

Wellness & Healthy Habits Presentation
Individualized presentations are available for specialized groups and/or employers who are wanting to implement wellness strategies into their settings and provide health and wellness education to their participants. Presentations are customized to meet the needs of the group.
A portion of all proceeds are donated to local food pantries to provide healthy food choices to those who would otherwise not have access to such options.
