Follow these steps for the perfect hard boiled egg. Shells will nearly fall off! This is a great breakfast or snack option packed with protein and makes for the perfect grab and go! Make ahead of time, peel the shell off and place in an airtight container in the fridge.

Hard Boiled Eggs
Bring a sauce pan filled with water 1.5 inches from the top to a full boil.
After water comes to a boil, Add 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of vinegar.
Lower eggs with a slotted spoon and carefully release into the water.
Set timer for 13 minutes and return to a full boil.
After letting sit for a few minutes, transfer to an ice bath and let cool.
Peel shells and place in airtight container in the refrigerator.
