8 Weeks 8 Habits to Health

I have been waking up in the middle of the night lately with ideas swirling through my mind on how I can best help as many people as I can with their health journeys. When I listen to my thoughts and my heart in the quiet of the night, my best ideas come. And, after several days of sometimes losing these thoughts in the hustle and bustle of the next day, I decided to place a little notebook and pen at my bedside to capture my thoughts. My notebook is now over half way full and something is nudging me to share some of what I have learned throughout the years with anyone who may be interested. That is how 8 Weeks 8 Habits to Health came to be.

For the next 8 weeks I will be posting a weekly blog in an effort to bring light to 1 single habit that could make a positive impact on your health journey over time. My goal is to help you understand not only the why or the importance of of the habit but also strategies on how to make it happen. Much of what I present is not rocket science and may be something you already know or have implemented. If so, good for you! However, if what I have to offer is new to you or inspires you to make change or add to your personal health journey, then wonderful!

I am excited to share this information and the strategies that have made a significant difference in my life’s health journey and I am hopeful it makes a positive change in yours!
