Chicken Noodle Soup

Ready in 20 minutes | Serves 6 people  

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped Onion 

  • 1 cup of sliced Carrots

  • 1/2 cup of Celery

  • 4 (14.5 oz.) cans of low-sodium Chicken Broth

  • 1 (14.5 oz) can Vegetable Broth

  • 1/2 pound chopped cooked Chicken Breast

  • 1 1/2 cup Egg Noodles

  • 1 tablespoon Butter

  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried Basil

  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried Oregano

  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Saute chopped onion, carrots and celery in butter until softened.

  2. Add chicken and vegetable broth, chopped chicken, and seasonings.

  3. Simmer then add egg noodles 15 minutes prior to serving.
