Autumn Spinach Salad

Ready in 10 minutes | Serves 4 people  

Ingredients

  • 1 package (6 oz) Fresh Baby Spinach

  • 1 medium Pear diced

  • 1 Celery Rib chopped

  • 1/4 cup Dried Dranberries

  • 1/4 chopped Pecans, toasted

  • Homemade Vinaigrette:

    • 1/4 cup Olive Oil

    • 2 tablespoons of Sugar (1 is plenty!)

    • 2 tablespoons Cider Vinegar

    • 1 tablespoon minced Parsley or 1 teaspoon dried Parsley Flakes

    • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

    • Dash Hot Pepper sauce

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients. In a small bowl whisk the vinaigrette ingredients. Pour over salad; toss to coat.
